Group Movement Classes
Group classes combine bodyweight strength and movement challenges with interactive situations
The idea is to promote Strength, Coordination and dexterity in bodyweight movements but also learn to respond effectively to unpredictable challenges
Group classes are also a great canvas for athletic development:
A combination of Bodyweight exercises, partner work and simple equipment are used to mimic the shapes and rhythms of a given sport
As most sports and pursuits contain some form of movement bias, classes are designed to provide balance, or anti- (insert activity) !

but also tests lesser know abilities such as
- Elasticity
- Balance in motion
- Eye movements in relation to the body
- Spatial awareness
- Composure and timing
- Peripheral vision
- Dexterity of hands and feet
